Syyslehtiä

Syyskylmät ovat tullet, aamusin kun pyöräilen lasten kanssa kouluun on oltava sekä lapaset että kaulahuivi. Syyslehtihuivi tuntui tosi kivalta mallilta ja neuloin sen oikein kevätpirteästa langasta. Huivi oli tosi nopsa ja kiva neuloa mutta... mallissa suositeltiin 2.75mm puikkoa. Kyllä se tuntui hieman niukalta mutta tein työtä käskettyä ja lopputulos oli pieni, sievä huivi... siis tosi pieni. Justiinsa että sen saa kaulan ympäri kiedotta. Siis jos suunittlet tätä mallia, mitä todellakin voin suositella,  koska se on kiva, kaunis ja helppo neuloa niin käytä ihmessä suurempaa puikkoa.

The cold autumm winds has start to sweep over my hometown. When I ride the bike to school with the kids both mittens and a nice scarf is needed to keep the cold away. A Autumm Leaves scarf in joyful spring colors seemed to be a good idea. The scarf was a very pleasant thing to knit...but the pattern recomended needles size 2.75mm. I thought that it was pretty small needles but did as I was told and the result was a small, lovely scarf...really small. It is that big that you can wrap it around you neck but that's all. So if you're planning to knit this one, which I truly can recomend because it's a very pretty and easy thing to knit... Do use bigger needles.

Olen taas osallitunut lanka vaihtoon minkä Ravelry-ryhmä "Svensk Byten"-järjestää. Elokuun teema oli kahvikutsut. Sain eilen tosi ihanan paketin, sukklankaa, teetä, herkullisia reseptejä ja 2 teemukin lämmitäjää mitkä Underbaragarn oli itse virkannut. Ensi pyhänä meillä leivotaan!

In August I participated in a cofee-party swap arranged by the Ravelry-group "Svenska Byten". Yesterday I received this marvellous parcel. Sockyarn, patterns, cupcake recepies, some really tasty tea and two crocheted cup cozys made by Undebaragarn. This weekend me and the kids are going to bake!
