Musketööri nr 2

Vidoinkin sain Athos sukat valmiiksi. Oli ne tosi sitkeät neuloa. Lanka oli todellakin ihanaa... mutta malli. Ei mitenkää merkillinen mutta en millään saanut mallineuletta "sormiin" sain purkaa silmukan sieltä silmukan täältä koko ajan. Tosi masentavaa. Tarkoitukseni oli neuloa koko kerä mutta sain todellakin tarpeeksi ja nyt siellä lankakorissa sitten on pieni nöttönen Trekking XXL. Se odottaa joulukuuta ja SKA-ryhmän jämälanka-sukka haastetta. Rehellisesti puhuen olisin sisulla neulonut kerän loppuun jos en oplisi löytänyt sukkamallia joka huhuili että "neulo minut, neulo minut"...

Finally the Athos-socks are off the needles. They were a pain to knit. The yarn was wonderful... but the pattern. There were nothing special with it but I never managed to get it into my fingers I had to frog a stich here and a stich there all the time. Really depressing. My intention was to use the whole skein for these socks but I had enough and gave up and now I have a small left-over in the stash waiting for better days to come. And those days are pretty close since SKA has their stashbuser-challenge in December. To be honest; I had knitted that skein with "sisu" unless I hadn't ran itno a sock-pattern that was screaming "knit me, knit me"...

Feelis: Tosi hyvin istuvat sukat, kaunis mallineule. Tykään niistä vaikka sainkin taistella nitten kanssa. Great fit, good looking pattern. Really I like them a lot even though I had all that fight when knitting them.
