Kaaoksen päin täydellä vauhdilla.

Kellariremontti alkaa huomenna. VIHDIONKIN! Kakki kellarista pitäisi siirtää yläkertaa, varastoida autotaliin tai viedä kaatopaikalle… Se on todellakin vienyt aikaa ja energiaa ja vielä om roinaa jotka pitäisi saada pois. Yläkerrassa työhuone on niin täpötäynnä että justiinsa pystyy tunkeman itsensä tietokoneen äärelle mutta kirjoituspöydälle ei pääse. Olohuoneessa iso työpöytä koristelee kirjastoa, tilaa on sen verran että mahtuu pöydän äären istumaa mutta se on täyteen tupattu kaikella roinalla. Eteiseen on nostettu iso pellavakaappi, kaksi lipastoa ja kirjahylly. Tässä pitäisi nyt sitten asua pari kuukautta ja sitten kakki on kannettava alakertaan koska olohuone-remontti ja pyykituvan-remontti odottavat vuoroaan. Joskus ehkä pääsiäiseksi paikat taas ovat kunnoissa…

Tomorrow we will start the total makeover of the ground floor of our house. FINALLY! But everything from the ground floor should be moved upstairs or to be stored in the garage or to be taken to the tip. It has taken lot’s of time and energy and it is not finished yet. Upstairs it is crowded with things. The study is so stuffed with things that you barely can sit at the computer and there is no need to try to reach the desk. The library is filled up with a huge table where I have my sewing-machine and all other necessary things. In hallways we have a huge wardrobe, two chest of drawers and a bookshelf. We are supposed to be living here for the next couple of months before everything are to carried downstairs because the makeover of the livingroom/diningroom/library and the laundry room will take place. Maybe we will have everything in order for eastern time or so.

Olen kuitenkin saanut pari silmukkaa neulotuksi, tosin vain aika aivotonta neulomista. Pikkusiskon villatakki on hieman edistynyt. Hihan on nyt tulossa. Olen myös neulonut pari pientä tilkkua. Toi tilkkuneulominen on alkanut tulla maniaksi. Tämä jämätuhon into alkaa jo olla vähän sairasta…

I have stolen some few minutes every now and then to knit, only brainless knitting though. Little sisters cardi has grown a little and I have also finished two more squares. The knitting of afghan squares and getting rid of left-over yarns are getting to be an unhealthy obsession.
